Terms and Conditions

Booking Deposit

We require a 20% deposit. This must be paid within seven days of booking the holiday and is non-refundable.

Cancelations

In case of cancelation we shall endeavour to resell the dates which have been booked if successful we will reimburse the amount paid less the deposit to cover administration and advertising fees

Final Balance

The final balance is to be paid 60 days prior to your check in date

If helpful we will accept the final balance paid by instalments as long as the final outstanding balance is paid 4 weeks prior to check in date

Any bookings made less than 60 days full payment will be required

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal


Damage Deposit

 

A damage deposit of £150 is required

This is to be paid at the same time as the final balance and will be refunded 3 days after departure providing the following provisions are met

• No damage is done to the property or contents, beyond normal wear and tare

• No linen/towels are not damaged or lost

• Any glasses or crockery broken

• Any losses or damages must be reported straight away
